Question

Herzlichen Dank vorab, Ines

Hi @Ines_D.,

Thanks for sharing the details. From the error messages, this does look like it could be a compatibility issue between the plug-ins and the latest release of Lightroom Classic.

As a quick test, could you try reverting to a previous version of Lightroom Classic and see if the plug-ins work there? If they do, that would confirm it’s a version mismatch. In that case, I’d suggest reaching out directly to Excire support so they can confirm compatibility and provide a fix or update.

I couldn’t find an official help article or documentation about supported versions, so their support team may be able to better guide you through this.

Regards,

Srishti

Hello Srishti, thank you very much for your feedback. I downgraded today from version 14.5.1 to 14.5.
Unfortunately, the problem still persists: transferring photos to DXO PureRaw doesn't work, and the Excire Search panel doesn't open. Perhaps you have some advice.
Best regards, Ines

Do the menu command Help > System Info.  If you're not on LR 14.5.1 (the latest version), then do Help > Updates.  There has been a recent LR bug fix for plugins -- I don't think that would affect your systems, but let's verify.

If updating to the latest version of LR doesn't help, I think you'll have to contact the companies providing the two plugins.

Thank you for your help.
The program is up to date. Version 14.5.1.

This issue has been occurring since the last update of Lightroom Classic.
