Lightroom Classic opens command prompt every - Windows 11

Hello, LRC 14.3 Windows 11.
New PC. I notice when LR doing export / import actions it opens the Windows Terminal (DOS prompt). It gives an annoying delay.
I tried export to a HDD, and to a SSD, same issue. LR is at my 2nd screen and the Terminal windows popups very fast at the 1st screen. Switching screens did solved the the issue. I did reintall LR. etc.
I google but can not find a solution.
 
Any suggestions?

UPDATE AND SOLVED: it was the plug-in from Pic-Time. They advised me to put a text file in the plug-in-folder to avoid pic-time plug everty time did a kind of check. Solved for now. 🙂

Glad you resolved it. So it was indeed an export issue, but post-processing invoked indirectly via the Pic-Time plugin -- I should have thought of the possibility of an export plugin.

Actually is wat not specific an export issue. The plugin was checking the system every time I enter a menu in LR.  But it is fixed now.

In the Export window's Post-Processing panel, set After Export: Do Nothing. Does that help?

Are you exporting using a preset?  If so, try creating a new preset from scratch with the same settings. In the past, LR has gotten confused sometimes about the After Export setting.
