Lightroom Classic originals will not download – backend reset required

Lightroom Classic shows photos as synced but originals never download.
MobileDownloads.lrdata is never created.
Sync.lrdata and wfindex were deleted.
Disk permissions verified.
This appears to be a known Lightroom cloud sync lock requiring an Adobe backend reset.

Hi @innesrod, welcome to the community!
Could you let us know what version of Lightroom Classic you’re using? Are you trying to sync from Lightroom Mobile? If you’re seeing an error message, please share a screenshot, that would really help.
Also, could you check Lightroom Web to see if there are any sync issues? Here’s a helpful link:
