Does anyone know of a good, expert paid support service for complex LrC problems that cannot be solved with standard Adobe support or within this community? Thanks.

I have never heard of such a service. If this is about your previous thread, I am sorry to say that it sure sounds like the user accidentally deleted files, as neither LrC nor your operating system deletes files on its own; LrC and your operating system only delete files when you instruct it to do so. Everyone has clicked the mouse in the wrong spot and did something bad and didn’t even realize it.

I think your best chance is to find data recovery experts, rather than LrC paid support (if it exists). However, most data recovery services are very expensive.

Thanks for the response dj. I can’t disagree with your assessment that it seems like the files were deleted by the user (me) although I can’t imagine that I would deliberately delete 70 of my best ever images. Perhaps in some strange inadvertant series of key strokes. I also wonder about a virus although I have malware and everything else is working fine. Yes, the data recovery services are expensive but I think these files are worth it. Thanks.

And yet, I said the opposite. I never said you did this deliberately. I said it might have happened accidentally.
