Lightroom Classic Presets

Question

Hello, I've been having a problem with Lightroom Classic for a few days. My presets are no longer displayed. Either I only see a black or a white field in LR. Does anyone have a problem too?
I have all the updates, and I reinstalled everything today. Doesn't help.

Others with those symptoms report that resetting LR's preferences solves the problem. See:

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.
