Lightroom Classic Presets

I have downloaded some presets from the community presets. Where are the presets saved when I click save? They are not in either my lightroom presets folder or my user presets folder nor are they saved in my downloads folder.. I can't import them I have clicked the + button and the manage presets. They are not there.
