Lightroom Classic problems after update

Hi all! After the recent updates to both Lightroom and Mac, all my presets have disappeared, all the plugins are gone and Lightroom can't even find my photos from catalogs (file not found). The photos are visible in library as usual, but development view can't find the location. Is there anything to be done to fix this issue? I created my own presets and they were stored in Lightroom, are they gone for good?

Lightroom Classic, v 11.3.1. MacOS Monterey v 12.3.1.
