Lightroom Classic Rename Files on Import not there

Importing files.

They are new and on the local hard drive.

Neither the "File Renaming" or "Destination" tabs are visible on the right hand side. Nor are they listed in the drop down of available tabs when clicking in the right hand window tab bar.

Is this a bug or a new feature removal in this version of Lightroom Classic?

If a feature removal, how can you rename files on import or post import in batch?

thanks 🙂

    Neither.

They are not present if you select Add. They are present if you select Copy or Move.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
