lightroom classic saying masking models are downloading but wont finish download. reinstlled the app and still says the same

Every time i try and edit photos in develop mode it keeps saying some masking models are being downloaded. ive reinstalled the app on my laptop and it still says the same thing. i cant use any filters from classic.
