Lightroom Classic says 'syncing 24 photos' but never actually syncs them

So, I’ve been down this rabbit hold before (starting in Mid-Dec 2025) but Adobe stopped responding and now my original post has been deleted.

I’ve been through several people and tried all of their suggestions but still see the attached. Help!
