Lightroom classic stopped transferring files to Photoshop

Suddenly Lightroom Classic stopped transferring images to Photoshop. When I try to transfer a file to Photoshop, it opens and nothing happens after that. I tried logging out of the Adobe Cloud and it didn't help. I am using Mac M1 and there was an update that I did two days back (13.5.2). Is anything to do with that? Let me know how to fix this issue.
