Why can Adobe improve the common issue with syncing data? It should be a typical computer scenience problem to resolve

When Adobe introduced the LR Cloud ecosystem (LR Mobile, LR Web, LR Desktop), they announced that sync of the cloud with LR Classic, while continuing to be supported, would receive no more improvements. While Adobe has fixed some bugs that have cropped up over the years with cloud sync with LR Classic, it's pretty clear from the posts here that sync doesn't get priority attention from Adobe.
