Lightroom Classic Thumbnail Display Issues

My photos in LRC have been locatable, but the thumbnail is completely either grayed out or missing (as in the frame of the image's dimensions is present but there's still no image). I recently switched hard drives but reimported the catalog with the new location I moved it to. Photo for reference. I recently updated my LRC as well to latest.

    Have you considered resetting the preference file?

      Yes, and still nothing. I have tried reinstalling LRC, wiping my hard drive and trying to just import a fresh batch of images. Nothing is helping as of yet.
