Lightroom Classic - Unable to copy masks with multiple people

Hi-

Hoping someone has a work around for this. I'm editing photos from a wedding and there is a portion of the night where all the skin tones look to red. I don't want to change the color anywhere else in the photo... redness is mostly from drinking I think!

When I create a mask using the "select people" function and select multiple people, I then adjust the color to my liking, go to "copy settings" where I just copy the mask and then when I do to "paste settings" to the next group photo ineviatbly the mask is only applied to one person, the person on the far left. 

Does anyone know how to fix this?
