Lightroom classic UNABLE to upload and sync after deleting phpts from the cloud

Hey:-) I have deleted all my synced photos from the cloud ( about 160 000 Pic), and stopped my albums from syncing to the cloud. Now it is empty but can not upload new shared albums and photos from my Lightroom Classic! 

 

Why??

    What are the steps you are taking to upload new albums? There are several ways to sync... for example you can choose to sync with Lightroom when you make a collection or you can tick the rectangle in the left-most column to the left of the name of the collection... and you'll need to confirm that you have Sync on and not Paused by checking under the cloud icon near the module switcher.
