Lightroom Classic und Sonoma

Seit Mac Sonoma startet Lightroom Classic nicht mehr auf meinem Mac. Alle vorgeschlagenen Versuche halfen nichts. Auch jedes Update brachte keine Verbesserung. Zahle jeden Monat meinen Beitrag, aber eine Änderung kam seit einem Jahr nicht. Unter den bekannten Problemen ist leider auch nichts zu finden.

Das Logo erscheint für kurze Zeit auf dem Bildschirm, verschwindet dann wieder und sonst kann ich nicht mit dem Programm machen und das für 12,00 € im Monat.

It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

I would suggest a complete and clean reinstallation by doing the the steps below:

 

If you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here,  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

 

If this doesn't help give us more informations including the following :

  • Adobe product and version number
  • Operating system and version number
  • The full text of any error message (s)
  • What you were doing when the problem occurred

Please post the excact version of the products and not phrases as "recent" or latest and so on.
