I want to know if its possible to uninstall Lightroom Classic and start over with it another time. If I do this will any photos I have there be deleted from my laptop? I'm just very confused and would like to have an empty catalog. I have windows 11

I pay a monthly fee for it plus Photoshop and other apps. It seems I have had issuses since trying to learn LRC. Photoshop is where I normally edit. Right now I'm getting an error about the current scracth disk is full therefore I am no longer able to use either of them. Thank you for any help as I just don't understand it

No, your photos will not be deleted, but if you made edits to those photos in Lightroom Classic, then do realise that these edits are stored in the Lightroom Classic catalog. Without having the Lightroom Classic app installed, you cannot access that catalog and so you cannot export photos with Lightroom edits applied to them. A scratch disk is full error is no reason to uninstall Lightroom Classic. What you need to do is perhaps move your photos to an external drive, so you can make room on your internal drive.
