Hi all,

Updating LM Classic was failed with errorcode 126.  The message said the download file may be damaged and suggested to try it again.  I've tried several times and got same results.

Does anyone knoe how to solve this problem?

I use macOS sierra.

Thanks in advance.

Are you able to update your OS? If not, you will not be able to use the current version of Lightroom Classic. Sierra was replaced with High Sierra in 2017 and Mojave in 2018. As you may know the current OS version is Catalina. If you can update to at least Mojave 10.14.6 you should be able to install the current version of Lightroom Classic.

Hello cmgap,

I appreciate you help.

You are correct.  I've updated my OS to High Sierra and could update Lightroom. ( Unfortunately,  I can not update to latest version because my iMac is too old to install Mojave or Catalina.)

Thank you very much!
