Lightroom Classic Upload to Blurb issue

I have uploaded many books created in LR Classic to Blurb. As of September, I have been unable to upload a created book to Blurb. I have tried the PDF suggestion, and was successful in making a PDF, but not uploading the book to publish. 

I have contacted Blurb. They say it is a bug/ glitch at Adobe end. The book will not begin to upload to be published.

I found a plug in suggestion online, and downloaded it but it is for InDesign. I do not plan to purchase another app simply to upload a book.

I have restarted, and looked for updates. I have contacted support at Adobe, but the wait was so long, I abandoned the effort.

Very frustrated. 

Has anyone has this issue?
