Lightroom Classic v11.4 crashes after importing on Windows 10

Do you see an error or exit message when Lightroom Classic crashes? Where are you importing images from, and where is the destination to save the imported image? Is it on an internal drive or an external drive?

Could you please share a screenshot of the Import options you use in the File Handling & Apply During Import section?

Does this happen when you import a specific format or set of images?

Where is the catalog stored? On the internal drive or an external drive?

Please disconnect any external drive, accessories & mobile devices you might have connected when you try to import.

To begin with Lightroom Classic, please go to Lightroom Classic > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it to Off if it is on Custom or Auto.
