Lightroom Classic V14.4 start is slow , also some functions

@Ian Lyons  I have tried optimising the catalog , but no change.   Lrcsysteminfo attached

@dj_paige  I use Avast free AntiVirus, i have deactivat it for 1 hour , no change.

"Another problem : Sometimes Lightroom check the pictures on the drive and blocked the pc for 20 minutes and sometimes more ."

This mean :  i see it in ressource monitor  on tab data carrier 

Example :

lightroom.exe  pidnumber    D:\Eigene Dateien\Eigene Bilder\Flugtag Eger\2014\2014-08-30\P8310001.dng

and hundreds lines more - every picture ,  this make an overload for Data transfer and blocked the pc. 

Somtimes 5 min , 10 or 20 mins or more. I have 200 000 pics on drive D . If i close Lightroom and start again maybe the same or not. 

no idea , what is the reason
