Lightroom Classic v15.3.1 on Windows 11 shows “No files found” during Import

Hi,

Thank you for the prompt responses.

The files never been imported. The files’ names you can see one of the screen shots. They’re from Nikon Z9, .NEF.

Also, attaching one of the files.

I’m blaming the new install of the LrC. I’ve never had such a problem before.

Can you please show us a screen capture of the entire Import dialog screen?

Also please show us a screen capture of the corresponding folder in your operating system (Windows Explorer or Mac Finder).

Thanks for sharing the details. Could you please share a sample file where you're experiencing the issue? We'd like to test it on our end to see if we can reproduce the behavior.

If possible, please also let us know:

• Whether the issue occurs with all files or only specific ones
• The file format (PSD, JPG, TIFF, PNG, etc.)

This information will help us investigate further.

Are these brand new photos that have never been imported into LrC? Or might they have been previously imported? Please explain how you know.
