lightroom classic will not open through the app. Also unable to download.

After a 6 month break from adobe creative cloud i just logged in and i am unable to use lightroom classic.  Lightroom classic will not open through the app.  It will also not download.  All other creative cloud apps are working.

    You need to share much more details, starting with your OS ….
    Did you try to remove and reinstall LrC, or even the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App?
    Are you trying to start LrC (assuming it is already installed) or download it (assuming it’s not yet installed)?
