lightroom classic will not open through the app. Also unable to download.

Following up to see if you’re still experiencing this issue. Since your original post, we’ve released Lightroom Classic 15.4.1. Could you first update to the latest version and let us know if you’re still unable to launch or download Lightroom Classic?

If the issue persists, could you also share:

• Your operating system and version (Windows/macOS)

• Your System Info (if Lightroom Classic launches at all):

• Help > System Info
• Copy & paste it here

• If Lightroom Classic doesn’t launch or install, please share:

• A screenshot of the Creative Cloud Desktop app showing the error or current status
• Any error code or message you see

Also, could you clarify whether:

• Lightroom Classic is already installed but won’t open, or
• The download/installation itself is failing?

That information will help us determine whether this is an installation or launch issue and guide you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps.

You need to share much more details, starting with your OS ….
Did you try to remove and reinstall LrC, or even the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App?
Are you trying to start LrC (assuming it is already installed) or download it (assuming it’s not yet installed)?
