Lightroom Classic Won't Load

Question

Suddenly today my Lightroom Classic V13.2 stopped loading. It clocks with the circle to act as if it will load, but never appears on the screen. When I check Task Manager, it shows it in the background processes as running, it does not however show up on my screen. I have uninstalled as well as re-installed and same issue.  I am utilizing  Windows 11 Pro on my PC and all updates are up to date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With LrC closed, not running, use Windows File Explorer and navigate to the hard drive, then the folder you keep your catalog in, please take a screen capture of that folders contents, files, folders, etc. and post that in a reply.
