Lightroom Classic won't open

I have been using Lightroom Classic without any problems until this past Friday.  I went to open the program and all that comes up is an error message.  I have tried restarting my PC and uninstalling and reinstalling and it is still doing the same thing.

What is the error message? 

Try resetting your Lightroom preferences:

Quit Lightroom Classic.
MacOS: Press and hold the Shift + Option keys.
Windows: Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic.
When asked, select "Yes".
