lightroom classic won't open

My lightroom classic all of the sudden wont open on my mac. Ive tried everything and went to best buy and they said it was on adobes end. Anybody else ever experienced this problem? Im going to try to contact adobe tomorrow, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

Describe the problem in more detail. How far do you get into the opening sequence? If there is an error message, please quote the exact complete word-for-word error message. Also please provide the version NUMBER of your Lightroom CLassic and the version NUMBER of your operating system (we need the version NUMBERs and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date")
