Lightroom Classic Won't Run After Drive Letter Change

I have a huge problem. I changed the drive letter on my Windows 11 machine because that's where LrC was looking to get my files for download. I changed the Drive letter, from my computer,  from E: to D:. Now LrC won't run. It opens but freezes. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it's doing the same thing. I also changed my drive letter back to E: and that didn't help either. I get no error codes or messages, it just freezes after opening. I was also using LrC yesterday, so I know this is why it's crashing. I can't access any of the menu items because of it freezing. Please help. .

Thank you so much. That led me to fixing the problem. It wasn'st corrupt preferences, it was a corrupted Catalogue. Your answer led me to do "Ctrl+A" (I think) which led me to create a new Catalogue file. Thank you for your help.
