Lightroom Classic wont create new catalog

Hey there,

I'm trying to create a new catalog in LR Classic 12.2.1 running on Apple M1 Pro 16GB MAC OS Ventura, VER 13.2.1.

I just keep getting the attached error message. Never had this issue before, not sure if it's a simple fix but any help would be appreciated!

And I would not suggest you place a catalog in the 'Applications' folder. (It may be restricted anyway!)

Thanks for this. I've just tried this and unfortunately the same error message is persisting

You are still attempting to save the Catalog in the APPLICATIONS folder! (NOT allowed I believe!)-

Try another folder {eg.Documents}.

Also LrC does not like some characters in folder and file names and treats them as "illegal", including your [+] as your screen-clip indicates. Use only [Space] or [ _ ] in folder and file names. Modify the new Catalog name.
