Lightroom Classic Wont launch and wheel continues to spin on title page

I am currently using the latest version of LR Classic from Creative Cloud on my iMac (Ventura 13.4.1) and it continues to stop responding when the launched. I have unistall and reinstall back to current and previous versions and same experiencce. I have reset the preferences and deleted the lck file and issue continues. My catalog is stored in my icloud and works fine with my macbook using LR Classic from Creative Cloud. This is my first time experiencing this and I have had this setup for 3 years now. I also restarted my computer after each change. Any help will be appreciated.
