Lightroom Classis responding slowly on Dell Xps 15 7590

Hi All,

I recently purchased the new Dell xps 7590 core i7-9750H 32gb ram with nvidia 1650 with and external samsung 4k monitor and lightroom classic is not responding properly it is slow after few mins i edit RAW photos around 80mb each after applying couple of masks the lightroom starts responding slowly it lags and shows any change after 10 sec or so.

I have tried updating my drivers also tried to turn of GPU, camera raw cache to 20 GB to see any change but sadly it is the same thing. Totally frustrated.
