Lightroom Classsic ne fonctionne plus

Bonjour

J'ai voulu utiliser LR Classic mais il ne s'ouvre plus, je travaille sur un MAC Book Pro, tout fonctionne bien, Photoshop etc... mais impossible de lancer LR, la fenêtre s'ouvre 2 secondes et s'arrête, je suis complètement perdue et demain je commence un stage photo, quelqu'un peut m'aider ?

    Did LrC close properly the last time you used it? Or did you force quit? Or did it crash?

    If either of the later two, have you checked for a lock file that should have been deleted upon closure?

      I have exactly the same problem.

      Would you please confirm the "lock file" mentioned in your email?

      With LrC closed, nit running, browse your hard drives, bring up the hard drive, and the folder your catalog is in. If MACOS use Finder, if WINOS use File Explorer. Take a screenshot of the files and folders shown, paste that into a reply.

       

      And you might want to use Google, search on "Lightroom Classic Lock File"
