I can't access lightroom.com or any on my public synced collection links.

    Do you have another device that you can connect to the internet and try?

    Can you access Adobe.com?

    I can access adobe.com and I'm signed in

    I've also tried to clear cookies and site data but I still get the same message

    I work with Chrome, and have no problem. Don't have Firefox installed. Installed it a couple of weeks ago just to compare and found no reason to have it. Didn't find anything particularly wrong with it, just didn't find any reason to use it so I uninstalled it. Don't have any way to compare.

    Really strange! I just tried accessing from my location and had no problem. Where are you located?

    Would you mind confirming if you are trying to access Lightroom.com or Lightroom.adobe.com?

     

    We have not had any reported outages with the website so please try and go to Lightroom.adobe.com.

    Would you mind trying to access the website using a different browser? Also, if you have a VPN, please disconnect it and try to access the website.
