Lightroom crashes

My lightroom crashes as soon as i start the program, sometimes i can get in to the app, but only for a few minutes then it crashes.

I use a Macbook pro. I have tried to reinstall lightroom, and i have tried the older version, but the same happends.

These are the messages i get :

"An error occurred when attempting to change modules" & "Lightroom encountered an error when reading from its preview cache and needs to quit."


Any ideas?

    For 2nd error, the solution is to delete the Preview.lrdata  folder/file. It means Lightroom will have to rebuild all your previews, but it does fix that issue. The 1st one has a few potential causes.
