Lightroom crashes always after synching 10-15 Pictures (Mac)

Hi,

I hope there is someone who might be able to help me since I can´t get my Lightroom Classic running properly. I have installed the newest version 12.2.1 and also the newest mac-Version 13.3.1.

Lightroom works just fine as long as i keep the "Sync-Option" turned off. As soon as I turn it on, it will start syncing 10-15 Pictures and than Lightroom will crash. I want to sync about 500 Raw-Files from my X100f that I worked ob my Ipad before (using Lightroom mobile).

I have a 2017 iMac; 3,5 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5; 24 GB 2400 MHz DDR4.

I tried almost everything but can´t get the system running properly. Hopefully someone of you has a good idea?

Thanks for reaching out.

Since when are you seeing this issue; did it start happening after any update? Please tell us what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Have you tried checking with other file formats?

You can try to reset the preferences of Lightroom using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2JSym5e

Please back up your presets prior to resetting the preferences.
