LIghtroom Crashes frequently

I have Lightroom 13.5.1, Windows 11, 16GB Ram, Core i7 processor. 

Lightroom regularly crashes. It seems to be when I'm not editing. For example, editing collections, keywords and metadata, and selecting photos to import. So basically in the Library mode. 

This has happened for a month or two now in different versions of Lightroom so its not a problem with the latest release. 

I attached the system info text.

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

 

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

No there was noncrash dialog. The program just quit.

It is time for you to start checking Microsoft logs in that case.
