Lightroom crashes immediately if you want to edit the image
Lightroom crashes with all versions when I try to open one image at a time.
in the view where several pictures are shown at the same time it works,
but crashes as soon as you press edit.
repair instructions I've done everything the Adobe website says and tried YouTube instructions,
but it doesn't work.
the operating system is win11 pro insider preview, vers:22h2,
graphics card msi 1070 and processor amd ryzen 7 3700x. 16gigRAM.
all latest drivers updated.
the problems started a few days ago when Lightroom announced a new update and I updated it.
now it doesn't even work with old updates. It doesn't matter if Lightroom's gpu settings are set to off or on.
Windows was reinstalled as a clean install and all hard drives were formatted yesterday,
but the problem still occurs.
the fault occurs in two ways.
way 1: everything just freezes and nothing works.
way 2: the program crashes and reports that it is not responding.
Changing the compatibility to windows 8 or starting as system administrator does not help.
