Lightroom Crop/Border

Hi All, is there a way to have a 5x10 crop with a white border cropped to a 11x14? any help would be appreciated

You don't mention which Lightroom you are using. Please go to Help>System Info… and provide us with your software's installed version number.

In LrClassic, you would do this via the Print Module or use a plugin like Mogrify.
