Lightroom dehaze not available

Hi, I am borrowing my friends PC as mine got corrupted and needs fixing. I have downloaded my LR onto this PC however its not showing me an option to use Dehaze which has become a favorite tool of mine in my editing.
Im on a deadline for a client and stressed to my eyeballs. Does anyone know how I can get this dehaze tool into LR please?

I installed it directly from my CC account so not sure why it wont give me the all the tools i currently use.

    Hi mummyluv,

    Dehaze is only available in Lightroom CC versions(Cloud version) not in a standalone version of Lightroom 6. Please check the version you have installed on your friends PC, You can check the version by going to the help menu > About Photoshop Lightroom.

    Its given me a message saying Lightroom 5 cant be opened because another application already has it opened. I assume that means my computer that is stuffed?
    I dont know how to close that down if I cant get into that PC?
    Any ideas?

    If you have LR 5 then there's no Dehaze.

    Please clarify the version you have LR5 , LR6 or CC2015 ?

    Dehaze is only available if you have a CC version. If you do so, also check the exact version from the Help menu. Dehaze has been added with an upgrade and was not available in CC 2015.0.

    Keep your Lightroom version up to date

    Hi, I had a look just now and it says I have the current version, I downloaded it from CC so not sure what else to do?

    As said before, check the exact version from LR's help menu - does it say 2015.12 ?
