Hi,

I am unable to use denoiser on my Mac with M1. When I click denoise, I get progress bar which disappears after a while and then denoise is unticked. After that denoise instantly untick when I try to tick it.

No usefull data is provided by CMD output of the lightroom.

After completely removing CameraRaw folders denoise finally started working. ~/

    ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw
    /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw

Hi, thanks for reaching out, and sharing all the information! We’re sorry about the trouble.

Do you experience the same behavior with all the images? To test, try creating a new catalog and import a few sample images into it. Try applying Denoise on a couple of the images and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Nikunj

Unfortunately I experience this behavior with my whole library. I also tried to reinstall Lightroom, disabling graphics card and deleting “Camera Raw GPU Config.txt”

Thanks for the info! Please try creating a new catalog as suggested as let me know if you continue to experience the same behavior in that as well.
