Lightroom Desktop won't Synchronize with Mobile

I've been having a nightmare for 2 days trying to sync to my mobile! I've been using LR for months and syncing with no problem but now it won't even though it says it is syncing, nothing on my mobile updates! I feel your pain.  I've been trying to contact Adobe but says there is a problem connecting me to the online help function!  Yesterday adobe took remote access to my PC and completely reinstalled CC it took 2 hours online with them and still it's not working.  So frustrating! I hope you get it fixed....

    Which version of Lightroom are you running and the build number?
