Lightroom develop module not working

Hi!

I just started using lightroom 11.4.1 on my Macbook air M1 2020 (Monterey 12.6) a few days ago. Everything was going fine until I realized the develop mode wasn't working. I have searched about the problem and found some solutions (like changing the preferences in the "use graphic processor"), but they didn't work for me. Maybe I am doing something wrong. I don't have a lot of control over lightroom yet. I am attaching some screenshots of the problem.

P.S: My lightroom is in Spanish, sorry for that, I hope it's not a big problem.

Is Maps working? If Develop and Maps don't work, your subscription may be disabled in creative cloud. Can you check?

Please clarify, did you turn off GPU acceleration in Lightroom Preferences > Performance tab and then exit Lightroom Classic, then reboot for the new settings to take effect?
