Lightroom does not have access to some Standard folders

After upgrade to Lightroom Classic 11.5 on macOS 12.5 an error/warning is shown as follows: Lightroom does not have access to some Standard folders
This error dialogue offers a Learn More hyperlink which is useless as it just takes me to the generic support site (after an initial HTTP 404 error). Searching the site for this error message reveals nothing.
What is the significance of this and how do I fix it?
