Lightroom does not show edits

Question

I work with Mac OS Sequoia(15.2) and Lightroom Classic (Lightroom Classic version: 14.1.1). Very often actions in Lightroom are not executed or are executed very late. For example:I press “Automatic” in develop mode and nothing happens. When I close Lightroom and open it again, I see the changes I made previously.Something similar happens when changing folder names, for example. The change is not displayed, close and open Lightroom and the name is changed. Adding to Quick Collections takes a very long time (sometimes several minutes).These problems do not always occur. Sometimes everything works as usual and then suddenly nothing works anymore.Does anyone have similar problems?

Hey, @jsknick. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

Please share the system information from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

Does this happen after a series of steps? Is the catalog stored on the network drive? Also, try these suggestions:

1 - Launch Lightroom Classic with a new catalog & go to File > Import from catalog > target your old catalog. Proceed with merging the previous catalog into the newly made, internal storage-based catalog. For more help via video-based steps, check here. See https://adobe.ly/3NTC9Rv
