Lightroom error

I'm getting an error that says, "Lightroom cannot write to the following directories. Until this problem is resolved, syncing from Lightroom may not function correctly." and it lists the location. What is this and how can I fix it? Win 11 machine.

Maybe you should have told us which directories Lightroom cannot write to?...

This message usually means that the destination folder in Preferences - Lightroom Sync is set to a location that Lightroom does not have, and should not have, permissions to write to, like the root of your hard drive. Change it to a folder inside your Home directory.

My apologies. It wasn't the root folder, but I was trying to sync it to a folder on my OneDrive. When I looked, the folder where it was trying to sync did start with C:\ with a couple of other folders listed after that. I am moving it to a different location and creating a new folder from within LR. Thank you for your reply.

Go to that EXACT folder using your operating system, make sure that EXACT folder has write permission.
