Lightroom external editing in Photoshop 2024

It's happening again! Lightroom is not letting me edit externally in photoshop. I have a mac version sonoma

I have uninstalled and re-installed in the proper order.

I have checked the preferences an made sure it says photoshop 2024

HELP!
