Lightroom falsely shows duplicate during import

I'm trying to import my images from a fresh shooting and Lightroom show me every second image as "this photo is a suspected duplicate".

- I cant "delete" the original important file because it I have not imported it yet.

- I cant reupload because its not clickable. and there is not "force duplicate" option. 

Im running Mac M1 on Lightroom 11.2

What can I do ?
