Lightroom fecha inesperadamente após inicialização.

Desde a atualização em setembro/18 sempre que tento iniciar o software, ele fecha em seguida e uma mensagem de erro que não é identificado aparece. tenho tentado contato com o suporte que é muito ineficaz. Meu sistema é o Mojave. Alguém na mesma situação?

    Which version of Lightroom do you use?

    My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 9 - PureRAW 6 - Topaz Photo AI

    it happens when I update to new version. Since 7.4 I'm having this problem. I must turn back to this version to open the software but it isn't working properly. there are some bugs.
