Lightroom file organization

I have 4,000 photos on my computer. They seem to display on Lightroom in the order added. I would like them to display in file name order. After this is done I will bein building a folder system. Thank you in advance.

Two ways- In GRID VIEW-

1) On the Tool bar (Press T if Tool Bar is not visible)

2) From the top 'View' menu-
