lightroom folder cannot sync and setup

I have my Lightroom Classic catalog and Adobe Lightroom folder on my cloud storage that i specified, i can always sync back successfully but this time i am not sure what is going on, i pointed the sync folder to the location i want but it didn’t change anything, when i click again it will always set to the default folder in Pictures. My Adobe lightroom is empty now. Also, the Collection used to be the folder in my Lightroom 

because my institude changed the license so i need to relogin again but it is consider new profile.

I have reinstalled two times, removed the preferences also useless. Please help me

attach one more screenshot, All synced photogrpahy used to be my Adobe Lightroom folder i guess? cannot remember. but i also wish to have the collections (album/folder) back in Adobe Lightroom

I'm not sure I understand you correctly, but if you had to chang the login, then you are most likely now using a different account, so the online photos of the old account will not be available.

Hi Johan,

thanks for replying. My plan is under education and it is different institude and profile, same adobe account but i have to login in to this new profile and don't know why my Lightroom Adobe cannot work sync back anymore
