Lightroom Folder: lrcat-journal

I've been looking at my catalogue settings lately. Everything seems in order but in the Lightroom folder on my computer hard drive I can't find the lrcat-journal folder.

I'm using Classic CC. It used to be there and I wouldn't have deleted it knowingly. I've tried a search  without success and it's not in the recycle bin. Martin Evening's book says I should have it.

Any ideas,advice please.
